CeO2-Gd2O3纳米复合粉的模压成形行为研究

摘    要:测定了CeO2-Gd2O3纳米复合粉压制过程中压坯密度与成形压力的关系曲线。成形压力低于100MPa时。压坯密度随压力的增大而急剧增加;成形压力继续增大,压坯密度随压力的变化减慢。由压坯密度一压力对数关系曲线可知,粉末中团粒的屈服强度为44.7MPa。另外,粉末的压制规律遵循黄培云双对数方程。

Abstract:The relationship between the green density and compacting pressure of the CeO_2-Gd_2O_3 composite powders was measured.When the forming pressure is less than 100 MPa,the green density increases rapidly with increase of the compacting pressure,then the variation of density reduces with the further increase of pressure.According to the relating curve between powder density and logarithmic value of the forming pressure,the yielding strength of the agglomerates in the powders is 44.7 MPa.And the compaction law of the powders conforms to Huang Peiyun' Double Logarithmic Equation.
