| Abstract: | It studied the roughening and activation treatment of PET plastics surface,and discussed the effects of three kinds of additives,such as CH_3OH,K_4Fe(CN)_2 and 2-2′-dipyridyl,on the depositing rate of plating,the stability of plating bath,the adhesion of electroplating layer,and the appearance of electroplating layer of PET plastic electroless copper. |
