特殊油井结盐分析及防治

濮城油田部分低渗透、高矿化度复杂断块油藏油井结盐严重，影响油井正常生产。分析了油井结盐机理和结盐过程，通过应用抑盐剂防盐、热洗防盐、掺水除盐等配套工艺，减少了停井时间，避免了结盐卡泵，提高了清防盐效果，延长了检泵周期。

Analysis of salt buildup and prevention technique for the special oil well

As high mineralization and low permeability,the salt deposit in oil wells is serious affecting the oil production.This article introduces the theory and process of salt deposition.By using controlling agent,heat washing,admixture of water,and combining with oil wells off production warning system,the off production period is decreased,salt deposition and sticking of pump avoided with,increasing the effect of salt control and extending the pump checking period.
