| 摘 要： | 高校学生管理工作是学生工作的重要内容。新形势下大学生有着新的特点，高校应针对管理过程中出现的问题，建立适应新时期的高校学生管理工作模式，加强学生管理工作队伍建设，做好学生管理工作，实现人才培养目标。
