| 摘 要： | VoIP(voice over Internet protoco1)是当今网络技术的热点。文中分析了VoIP多媒体综合平台的网络模型和协议栈，提出了在VoIP多媒体综合平台基础之上构建基于IP网络的多媒体调度系统的具体实现方案，并研究了基于IP网络的多媒体调度系统中的网守实现技术和QoS等关键技术。

| Abstract: | Voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) is one of the hotspots in network technology. The network topological model and protocol stack of VoIP multimedia integrated platform are analyzed. The specific design scheme of the IP based multimedia dispatching system based on VoIP multimedia integrated platform is proposed. An investigation is made on such crucial techniques as the design of the gatekeeper and the guarantee of the quality of service (QoS) for the system. |
