摘    要:二次回路主要由电流互感器、电压互感器、二次回路、电能表及负荷监控单元组成.二次回路出现故障将直接影响电能的正确计量,因此有必要对二次回路的健康状况进行测试评估.本文分析了传统测试方法的不足,基于二次回路常见故障对二次回路导纳的影响,提出导纳测试法用于带电情况下的故障诊断,能够较好弥补现有测试手段的不足,不仅可以检测已发故障,也可用于分析潜在故障,指导有针对性的现场维护工作.

Abstract:Secondary loop includes current transformer, voltage transformer, secondary wiring, electronic energy meter and burden monitoring units. Fault within secondary loop will directly affect correctly metering, so it is necessary to analysis the health conditions of secondary loop. The paper analyses the shortcomings of traditional methods, and unveils admittance method for fault-detecting under active conditions, which could effectively compensate the shortcoming of present testing method. Not only can it be used for detecting existed fault, but also be used for patent fault to lead field maintenance work.
