电气化铁路对张家口地区电力系统的影响及其治理方案的探讨

摘    要:通过对大秦铁路东城牵引站和与之相连接的三马坊变电站电能质量的测试,可以了解大秦电气化铁路产生的谐波和负序对电力系统的影响,为从系统电能质量方面来如何衡量电气化铁路这一特殊用户提供一定的参考。同时,采用国内先进的静止无功补偿器(SVC)技术应用于三马坊变电站,在解决张家口电网稳定性以及改善电能质量等问题中发挥了相当重要的作用,也为今后在电网中大量应用提供宝贵的运行维护经验。

Abstract:By testing the power quality at Daqin railway eastside traction substation and at Sanmafang substation which connects to it,the influence of harmonic and negative sequence made by Daqin electrified railway to the electrical power system can be studied,this is helpful in evaluating the electrified railway as an unique customer from the aspect of power quality.At the same time,using static var compensator(SVC) technology at Sanmafang substation had an important function for solving the stability problem and power quality problem at Zhangjiakou power grid,gained precious experience for future power grid applications.
