基于参数化变型设计的工艺信息统计

针对系列化产品设计过程中存在工艺信息统计难度大、统计结果误差大、统计方法标准化程度低的问题,分析了三维模型结构树中特征成型的特点和参数化信息模板的定制规则,提出了基于特征遍历的材料消耗工艺定额、钢板切割线长度、油漆表面积的统计方法.研究了焊接特征在不同的表示方式下焊接信息的统计所存在的差异性,提出了一种基于工程图注释符号遍历的焊接信息统计方法.最后以端梁的设计为例进行了验证.

Statistical Process Information Based on Parametric Variant Design

Aiming at the problem of the difficult in adding up of process information,great error of statistical results,and low degree of standardization about statistical methods in the design process of series products.The 3D model of the tree structure characteristics of the forming characteristics and the custom rules of parametric information template were analyzed and the statistical methods of craft ration on the material consumption,steel plate cutting line length,paint surface area based on characteristics to traverse was presented.The welding characteristics in different ways of showing the information under existing welding statistical differences was researched and put forward to a new statistics approach of weld information based on the engineering drawings comments symbols to traverse.Finally it verified in the design of end girder.
