伊朗雅达F7井盐膏层钻井液技术

摘    要:伊朗雅达F7井是中石化部署在Kushk地区北部脊背构造的一口重点预探直井,Gachsaran地层(1 027~1 408m井段)含有大量石膏层和盐层,膏岩含量为80%,易造成溶、塌、缩、卡、喷、漏等井下复杂情况.针对以上地层特点,该井三开采用了饱和盐水钻井液.室内和现场应用结果表明,应用的钻井液具有良好的流变性能和较强的携岩能力,稳定井壁效果好,抗盐膏及油气污染能力强,高温稳定性突出,满足了钻井施工的需要,保证了该井安全、优快钻进.

Abstract:The Well YaDa F7 is a key exploration vertical well of SINOPEC in Iran.There are a large number of gypsum and salt beds in formation Gachsaran (1,027-1,408 m), which causes dissolving, sloughing, shrinkage, sticking, blowout, lost circulation and so on.According to these difficulties, the saturated salt drilling fluid system is applied in the third interval of this well, and the laboratory and application results show that the drilling fluid has good rheology, strong carrying ability,excellent salt and hydrocarbon pollution resistance capability, and the high temperature stability is outstanding.
