加氢尾油在改性HZSM-5催化剂上的非临氢降凝

摘    要:以加氢裂化尾油为原料,锡、锌和磷改性的HZSM-5分子筛为降凝催化剂,在常压、非临氢条件下,考察了反应温度、空速对降凝效果的影响。实验结果表明,磷改性的HZSM-5型非临氢降凝催化剂有较高的液体产品收率。降凝的最佳反应条件为,反应温度390℃,空速1.7h^-1(W),液体产品收率达96%,加氢尾油凝点降低最高幅度达54℃。再生后的催化剂的降凝效果基本保持不变,磷改性的HZSM-5型非临氢降凝催化剂具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The effects of reaction temperature and space velocity on the pour point depression were investigated at normal pressure without hydrogen with using hydrocracking tail oil as raw material, and HZSM -5 molecular sieve as the pour point depression catalyst which was modified with tin, zinc and phosphorus. The result show that the liquid yield of phosphorus modified HZSM-5 is higher than others. The optimum conditions for non-hydrogen-pour point depression are as follows: the reaction temperature is 390℃, reaction space velocity is 1.7h^-1(w). Under these conditions, the liquid yield reaches more than 96%, and the pour point of hydrocracking tail oil reduced 54℃. The pour point depression effect of catalyst remains the same after regeneration. The phosphorus modified HZSM - 5 non - hydrogen - pour point depression catalyst has a good application foreground.
