大型DAT-IAT工艺在抚顺市三宝屯污水处理厂的应用

目的为大型DAT-IAT工艺在寒冷地区应用提供设计参数和运行管理经验,促进该工艺的推广应用.方法介绍DAT-IAT工艺应用于抚顺市三宝屯污水处理厂的工艺流程特点,主要处理构筑物的构造形式及设计参数,处理系统的运行效果及处理成本.分析了设计与运行中存在的问题,及采取的措施.结果抚顺市三宝屯污水处理厂运行结果表明,大型DAT-IAT工艺对城市混合污水有较好的处理效果,COD去除率一般在80%以上,BOD和SS的去除率在90%以上,出水指标达到我国城市污水处理厂一级排放标准.结论在我国北方寒冷地区采用DAT-IAT工艺处理城市生活污水和工业废水的混合污水是可行的,该工艺流程简单,抗冲击能力强,出水水质稳定.

The Application of Big DAT-IAT Craft in Sanbaotun Sewage Disposal Plant of Fushun

The purpose of the article is to supply designing parameter and running experience about great DAT-IAT craft applied in cold area and promote application of the craft.The paper systematically introduces the character of craft flow,the craft,design parameters,the main structure,operating situation and cost of treatment.At the same time the paper analyses the present problem in designing and running,and puts forward resolving measures.The operation experience of DAT-IAT craft in FuShun sewage disposal plant shows that it is a good craft used to treat urban mixed sewage.In normal conditions the exercise coefficient is above COD>80%,BOD>90%,SS>90%,and outlet guideline reaches stair letting standard of Chinese urban sewage treatment works.Hence,it is feasible to use DAT-IAT craft in northern area in treating urban mixed living and industrial sewage.DAT-IAT craft is of simple flow,strong capability of resisting impact,and stable outlet quality.
