空冷凝结水除氧装置的设计探讨

摘    要:空冷凝结水除氧装置是现代火力发电厂临界及超临界机组汽水循环系统的直接空冷系统中的重要设备,它利用汽轮机低压缸的乏汽,加热凝结水,并除去部分溶解氧和其它不凝结性的气体。本文介绍了这种除氧装置的工作原理、结构特点和除氧性能,并对热力系统的设置提出意见。

Discussion on the Design of Oxygen - deaerating Device for Air- cooling Condensation Water

Abstract:The oxygen - deaerating devices for air - cooling condensation water are the important equipment in the direct air - cooling systems of the steam and water circulation systems of critical units and super critical units in modem firepower plants. The device uses the powerless steam from the low pressure cylinder of steam turbine to heat the condensation water and deaerate partial soluble oxygen and other uncondensate gas in the water. This article introduces the work principle, structure features and oxygen - deaerating performances of this oxygen - deaerating device, and brings forward advices for the setup of thermal system.
