摘    要:分析了荆门分公司催化裂化装置发生再生催化剂立管流动受阻的故障原因 ,提出解决措施 :调整再生密相床料位 ,提高立管入口推动力 ;调整催化剂输送性能 ,解决立管入口催化剂填充状态流动问题 ;调整立管松动蒸汽和松动点 ,解决立管输送方面的问题 ;调整预提升管蒸汽量和干气量 ,降低立管出口阻力。

Abstract:The regenerated catalyst flow in the vertical tube of DCC-Ⅱ FCC unit in Jingmen Company was obstructed from May to Dec.2000.The following measures were taken to overcome the difficulty:adjusting the level of the second dense phase to increase the driving force at the inlet of the vertical tube,improving the performance of catalyst transport to eliminate the stuffing flow of catalyst at the inlet of the vertical tube, regulating purge steam and purge points to improve catalyst flow in the vertical tube,and adjusting the volume of gas and steam injected into the pre-riser to reduce the resistance at the outlet of the vertical tube.
