大容量风电场对电力系统小干扰稳定和阻尼特性的影响

摘    要:建立了异步风力发电机组的小干扰稳定数学模型,研究了风电场接入电网后电力系统的小干扰稳定分析方法并实现了其工程应用。通过对含有大容量高比例风力发电的实际电网的计算分析表明,风电场的运行状态对电网的低频振荡模式和振荡特性有一定影响。风电机组出力的变化,使网内常规机组的运行方式发生变化,从而导致一些局部振荡模式出现或消失。网内和网间各大机群间的振荡模式没有发生变化,但振荡特性发生变化,且增加了与风电场强相关的振荡模式,这些振荡模式一般具有较好的阻尼特性。

Abstract:A small signal stability dynamic model of induction wind generating set is established, a small signal dynamic stability analysis method for power system connected with large-scale wind farms is researched and the engineering application of this method is implemented. The calculation and analysis results of actual power grid, which is connected with large-scale wind farms and the capacity of wind farms is in high proportion to the power system, show that the operating conditions of wind farms make influence on both low frequency oscillation modes and oscillation features to some extent. The output variation of wind generation sets leads to operating mode variation of conventional generating sets in power system, and brings about the appearance and disappearance of some local oscillation modes. The oscillation modes among high capacity generator groups within the power system itself as well as the oscillation modes among high capacity generator groups belonging to different power grids are not changed, but the oscillation features are changed; the oscillation modes appear, which are strongly related to wind farms and possess good damping characteristics.
