基于DSP和CPLD的单级矩阵变换器设计

摘    要:为了加快矩阵变换器(Marx Coverter,简称MC)产品化的步伐,研制了基于M57962L驱动的双向开关模块构成的5 kW单级MC样机,提高了系统的可靠性和集成度.分析了单级MC的间接空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)策略和四步半软换流的优化方案,讨论了硬件电路的参数设计,以及基于数字信号处理器(DSP)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的软件设计方案.实验结果很好地验证了设计的可行性,为MC早日实现产品化提供了有效的设计方案.

Abstract:In order to speed up the pace of matrix converter(MC) production,the 5 kW single-stage MC prototype based on M57962L driven bidirectional switch module is developed,the design improves the system's reliability and integration.The indirect space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) and optimization of four-step semi-soft commutation about the single-stage MC are analyzed,the parameters design of its hardware circuit is given out,as well as the software design based on the digital signal proeessor(DSP) and the complex programmable logic device (CPLD).With the experimental waveform from the prototype,it is good to verify the feasibility of the design,and it provides an effective scheme to realize the production of matrix converter early.
