汾河水库水情信息测报系统开发

摘    要:为了保障汾河水库的安全稳定运行,保护下游人民的生命财产安全,充分发挥其工程效益,开发了汾河水库水情信息测报系统,主要包括数据采集系统和洪水预报系统两部分,通过数据采集系统采集实时的水位和雨量信息,经过中心站存储和处理,提供给洪水预报系统作出实时洪水预报。该系统可实时掌握水库降水的时空分布和水情发展趋势,提高洪水预报的科学性、准确性、及时性和水库防洪应对能力。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety and stablity of Fenhe Reservoir,protect people’s life and property safety of the downstream,and give full play to its engineering benefit,the Fenhe Reservoir Water Regime Information Telemetry System was developed,which mainly included data collection system and forecasting system.Real-time water level and rainfall information were collected by the data collection system,after central storage and processing,were provided to forecasting system to make the real-time flood forecasting.With the system,we could have the real time temporal and spatial distribution of rainfall and the development trend of water in the reservoir,improve scientificity,accuracy and timeliness of flood forecasting,and the flood control ability of the reservoir.
