摘    要:在机械加工中,对孔的加工质量和加工效率要求不断地提高,若再加上在不断出现的难加工材料上进行孔的钻削加工,这就使采用传统的钻削工艺加工小深孔越加显出其局限性。本文研制一种超声轴向振动系统,并对合金铜进行试验。试验结果表明,超声振动钻削能很好解决小深孔加工的难题,有着广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The conventional methods have limitation in the small deep hole drilling with the increasing of the demands of accuracy and efficiency. In this paper, the author developed an ultrasonic vibration drilling system, and utilized it to do experiments on copper alloy. The results show that the ultrasonic vibration drilling can successfully resolve the problem of small deep hole drilling. There are broad prospects for application
