摘    要:采用阳极氧化法对PAN基高模碳纤维进行在线表面处理,重点研究了氧化电流密度对炭纤维表面形貌、比表面积、表面官能团的影响.结果表明,电流密度时纤维形貌、比表面积影响不大;氧化后纤维表面官能团显著提高.根据实验结果,提出了PAN基高模炭纤维的氧化模型.

Abstract:PAN-based high-modulus carbon fibers were continuously treated by anodic oxidation in this paper. The influence of anodic oxidation on surficial morphology, specific area, surface functional groups was mainly studied. In conclusion, surficial morphology and specific area of CF weren't influenced by anodic current density. After oxidation, the amount of the total surface functional groups had greatly increased. Finally, a model of anodic oxidation of PAN HM carbon fiber were proposed.
