基于DSP的低功耗介质损耗测试仪的研制

摘    要:传统的介质损耗角测量需配有耐压高的高压标准电容器进行离线预试.利用传感器从试品上取得所需信号,经数字化处理后算出介质损耗角,实现在线监测.测试仪基于低功耗DSP-TMS320VC33硬件平台,软件上采用高精度DFT算法,克服了传统DFT因电网频率波动难以满足同步采样条件而产生泄漏误差的缺点,提高了测试精度.实验测试结果表明,测试仪准确度高,工作稳定.

Abstract:The dielectric loss angle tester for capacity type equipment based on a low consumption DSP is introduced,and the principle of the design of the tester is explained.This tester adopts high-accuracy DFT algorithm on the software based on floating-point DSP-TMS320VC33 hardware platform,overcoming the error because of the fluctuation of power network signal's frequency which makes it difficult to meet the condition of sampling using traditional DFT,so the precision of testing is improved.The experiment test re...
