高壁温条件下散热片组的优化研究

摘    要:对高壁温条件下矩形散热片组的自然对流散热过程进行了分析,并综合考虑密集散热技术的特点,推导出一种较合理的散热片优化数学模型,采用罚函数求法解,并应用面向对象的BorlandC++语言编制出通用程序。对该程序给出的优化结果进行了实验验证,结果表明优化结论合理、可靠。

Abstract:The natural convective heat transfer of a fin array at high wall temperature was studied.Considering all kinds of compact heat transfer characteristics,a reasonable optimized mathematical model was deduced.Using Punishment Function Method as well as Borland C++ language,a general use computing program was compiled.By comparing the optimal results with experimental data,it was found that the optimized results were reasonable and reliable.: The natural convective heat transfer of a fin array at high wall temperature was studied.Considering all kinds of compact heat transfer characteristics,a reasonable optimized mathematical model was deduced.Using Punishment Function Method as well as Borland C++ language,a general use computing program was compiled.By comparing the optimal results with experimental data,it was found that the optimized results were reasonable and reliable.
