泥型废弃铜矿的细菌浸出试验研究

摘    要:研究了细菌对Cu2+、Fe2+离子的耐受性能及其氧化活性, 对泥型废弃矿进行了细菌浸出研究。结果表明, 细菌对Cu2+、Fe2+有较强的耐受性能, 但要保持其高效的氧化活性, 其浓度应分别控制在2 g/L和4 g/L以内。泥型废弃矿经脱泥处理后, 采用柱浸和堆浸法, 50 d后铜的浸出率高达62.2%和65.5%。

Abstract:Endurance properties of mixed bacteria of thiobacillus ferrooxidana and thiobaeillus thiooxidans on Cu2+ and Fe2+ and oxidation activity of Fe2+ were investigated,and the bioleaching tests of clay-type waste copper ore were carried out.The results show that mixed bacteria can endure higher concentration of Cu2+ and Fe2+,but the concentration should be controlled at 2 g/L and 4 g/L respectively to keep the excellent oxidation activity.The leaching rate of copper reached 62.2% and 65.5% by column leaching and...
