摘    要:在水电站运行过程中,能够影响和反映机组运行状态的参数很多,一般的计算机监控系统往往仅侧重于对温度和电量的监测,对机组运行期间振动和摆度的监测重视不够.而水轮发电机组运行过程中,有很多原因可能造成机组振动和摆度过大甚至超标,影响电厂的安全运行.对机组运行中的振动情况进行实时的监视、测量与分析,是减少机组事故、提高维修效率的有效途径.文中讨论了三峡左岸电站水轮发电机组状态监测与故障诊断系统的组成、功能及其实际应用.

Abstract:There are many parameters reflecting the operation status of the hydrogenerating units in operation of a hydropower station. A usual monitoring system emphasizes temperature and electric quantity, but ignores to some extent the vibration and swing of hydrogenerating units. In fact, many factors will lead to vibration and over-swing of hydrogenerating units, affecting safe operation of the station. So, an effective approach to reducing accidents and raising maintenance efficiency is to implement real-time monitoring, measurement and analysis of vibration of operating units. The composition, functions and application of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for the hydrogenerating units of the Three Gorges Left Bank Hydropower Station are discussed.
