汽轮机低压排汽缸内辅助板块对其性能影响的数值研究

摘    要:采用数值计算的方法,求解得到汽轮机低压排汽缸内部的流场,通过比较静压恢复系数和流动不均匀系数分析了有无加强肋和涡壳挡板对流场和性能的影响。计算表明挡板通过破坏通道涡,改善了排汽系统的静压恢复能力,而背弧上的肋板则削弱了通流能力,导致排汽缸静压恢复能力下降。

Abstract:The internal flow field in the exhaust hood of the steam turbine was simulated numerically by the CFD software.The static coefficient and flow uniform coefficient with or without rib and baffle have been compared,based on the CFD result.It is demonstrated that the performance of the exhaust can be improved or decreased depending on baffle or rib.
