天然气-凝析液混输管道段塞流的控制措施

气液混输的集输工艺简化了气田集输系统流程，操作运行简便，适用无人值守的操作管理方式，已在国内陆上几个大型气田得到应用。但气液混输管道中常出现段塞流，段塞流对管道具有振动性破坏并导致管道末端工艺处理设备的不稳定运行。介绍了容器式、多管式等捕集器，针对气液混输管路提出分离器兼做容积式捕集器、分段清管法等设计措施，并以长北气田某集气干线为实例，讨论了缓解段塞流的生产运行措施。

MEASURES OF CONTROLLING PLUG FLOW IN THE PIPELINE TRANSPORTING NATURAL GAS AND CONDENSATE FLUIDS

The gas/liquid gathering and transporting technology has been widely used in several large gas fields in China because this simplifies the flow process,makes operation easy to handle,and is good for the unattended operation.However,plug flow happens often in this technology,which will bring great damage on the vibratility of pipeline and lead to unstable operation of processing equipments by the end of the pipeline.This paper introduces some catchers like the container-type and multi-tube type and design ideas such as taking use of the in-service separator as a positive displacement catcher and pigging at the divided section of pipeline.Taking one gathering line in the Changbei gas field as an example,this paper discusses how some measures have been taken effectively to alleviate the problem of plug flow.
