聚硫密封剂底胶的研究

摘    要:合成了一种螯合型钛酸酯偶联剂,通过红外光谱、钛含量的测定确定其结构。以其作为主要组分配制的聚硫密封剂的底胶,能显著提高聚硫密封剂与金属(钛合金、铝合金、不锈钢)、聚氨酯漆面的粘接强度,并耐低温、耐热、耐湿热和耐双重液体(3%NaCl溶液/喷气燃料)。

Abstract:One chelating titanate coupling agent was synthesized. Its structure was characterized by IR spectrum and the titanium content analysis. It is the principal component of the polysulfide sealant primer. The primer can outstandingly strengthen the bonding strength of the polysulfide sealant to some metals (titanium alloy, aluminum alloys, stainless steel) or polyurethane paint surface and was resistant to low temperature, heat, wet-heat and two layer liquid (3% NaCl solution/jet fuel).
