试论城市设计的设计特征与管理特征

现代城市设计具备“产品-过程”属性，随着这一观念而来的，是将城市设计由形态的设计延伸到对形态发展的管理，城市设计因此而具备了管理特征，设计与管理密切联系，不可分割。设计与管理两大阶段构成了城市设计的全过程，二者之间的有效衔接是城市设计得以实施的关键所在。

Design and Management Characters of Urban Design

Modern urban design has the attribute of"products-process".Along with such concept,urban design extends to the management of shape development from shape design.Consequently,urban design is endowed with management feature. Design and management are tied up and cannot be separated.The whole process of urban design composes of the two periods of design and management,thus effective link between the two phases is the key to the implementation of urban design.
