摘 要: | 针对目前熔融共混法制备聚合物/纳米无机粒子复合材料研究中存在的纳米粒子分散的难题,采用特殊设计的新型超高速混合机(6000r/min)可以对纳米无机粒子进行有效的分散处理,即使在纳米CaCO3加入量大(体积分数12%,质量分数35%)的情况下,仍能较好地分散,复合材料的微观结构和性能都有较大改善。

NANO-CaCO3/POLYPROPYLENE COMPOSITE PREPARED BY USING MIXER AND MELT BLENDING METHOD |

Abstract: | In order to resolve the problem of nano-particle dispersing in nano-particle/polymer Composite, a ultra-high-speed mixer was designed to do surface treatment on nano-particle. With this new mixer, nano-CaCO3/PP composite was obtained by means of directly dispersing nano-CaCO3 to molten PP. From the results of SEM, it is clear that nano-CaCO3 particles are in a good dispersing condition. Even though nano-CaCO3 content is 12vol% , particles disperse mostly in PP with original size (about 50 ~70 nanometers) and no agglomeration. |
