含铅高折射率光学塑料的研究

摘    要:用氧化铅和α-甲基丙烯酸制备α-甲基丙烯酸铅,并以不同的摩尔比例与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯共聚.研究结果表明:这种光学塑料的透过率≥88%,折射率≥1.61,热膨胀系数≤7.1×10-5K-1,吸水率≤0.4%,而且随着α-甲基丙烯酸铅含量的增加折射率明显增大,但透过率和阿贝数有小幅下降.

Abstract:α-Lead methacrylic acid was obtained from lead oxide and α-methacrylic acid.Different mol proportions of α-lead methacrylic acid with methyl methacrylate and styrene were copolymerized to prepare the optical plastic.The result indicates that its transmittance ≥88%,refractive index ≥1.61,thermal expansivity ≤7.1×10-5 K-1 and water absorption ≤0.4% and the refractive index is obviously increased with the content of lead methacrylic acid added,while transmittance and abbe number decreased a little.
