补偿型机器人光纤接近觉传感机理的实验研究

摘    要:简要介绍一种可以从任意方向接近被测表面的新颖机器人光纤接近党传感器的原理,重点对传感器样品进行性能实验研究。实验结果表明,该传感器不但能同时测量距离和方位,而且能够补偿光源输出功率的变化、被测表面反射率变化等因素对传感器的影响,是目前一种功能较为完善的传感器。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces a novel fiberoptic proximity sensor which close to the object at any angle and the emphasis is to study the performance experiment of the sensor. The experiment results not only show that the sensor can measure distance and orientation at the same time,but also has fairly strong compensating ability to such as variation of optical source power and object reflectance. The function of this sensor is more perfect than others at present.
