NAC系统中钢板控冷工艺参数的研究

摘    要:在常化炉后NAC快速冷却系统中,为了实现对高温钢板的控制冷却,分别对高密度管流发生断流时的流量值,集管组数,上下集管水量、水量比等工艺参数进行了研究,选择合理数值,获得高性能产品,并在舞阳钢厂控冷设备中得到成功应用。

Abstract:In order to realize controlled cooling of high temperature steel plate,in the accelerated cooling NAC system after normal furnace,the technology parameters such as the flux of liquid breakup of the high density pipe,the groups of header,the flux and the flux ratio of upside and downside header are studied,reasonable values are chosen,which help to get high capacity production and have been successfully used in the controlled cooling equipment of Wuyang Irion and Steel Plant.
