摘    要:本文针对某硬岩型铀矿在磨矿细度为-0.074mm含量占50%条件下的铅银浮选尾矿进行了铀的正浮选试验研究,该铅银浮选尾矿含铀377g.t-1,主要含铀矿物为铌钛铀矿。经过两粗两精一扫闭路试验流程可以获得铀品位5465 g.t-1、二氧化铈品位5406 g.t-1、铀回收率89.04%、二氧化铈作业回收率69.29%的铀精矿,铀精矿作业富集比14-15倍,87.67%的含钙矿物被脱除。

Abstract:In this article, the positive flotation test study on the lead-silver flotation tailings of some hard-rock uranium mine with grinding fineness of -0.074mm content 50% was carried out. The U grade of the lead-silver flotation tailings is 377g.t-1, and the main uranium-bearing mineral is mendeleevite. Uranium concentrates with U grade of 5465 g.t-1, CeO2 grade of 5406 g.t-1, U recovery of 89.04%, CeO2 recovery of 69.29% can be obtained by two-roughing, two-cleaning and one-scavenging closed- circuit test. The enrichment ratio of uranium concentrates is 14-15 times, and 87.67% of calcium-bearing minerals are removed.
