摘    要:以硫化态CoMo/γ-Al2O3、NiW/γ-Al2O3、NiMo/γ-Al2O3和NiMoW/γ-Al2O3为催化剂,考察NH3的存在对1-甲基萘(1-MN)选择性加氢饱和的影响。试验结果表明,NiMoW型催化剂上1-MN的芳烃饱和活性最优;在动力学控制区,NH3的引入显著抑制了1-MN的饱和,而在热力学控制区,NH3对1-MN的饱和基本无影响;另外NH3的引入有利于提高NiMoW与NiMo型催化剂上单环芳烃的选择性,而对Ni-W与Co-Mo型催化剂基本无影响。

Abstract:The effect of ammonia on the 1-methylnaphthalene (1-MN) selective hydrogenation saturation performance was studied with Co-Mo/γ-Al2O3, Ni-W/γ-Al2O3, Ni-Mo/γ-Al2O3, Ni-Mo-W/γ-Al2O3 catalysts. The results indicate that Ni-Mo-W/γ-Al2O3 catalyst exhibits the best saturation performance for 1-MN. The introduction of NH3 remarkably inhibits 1-MN's hydrogenation in the dynamic control area, but it has no effect in thermodynamic control area. Besides, the mono-aromatic’s selectivity on Ni-Mo-W and Ni-Mo catalysts was enhanced. However, it has little effect on Ni-W and Co-Mo catalysts.
