摘    要:考察了新疆某高硅锌精矿矿石的主要元素分布、粒度、主要物相等矿石性质,在此基础上探讨了三分之一法(Radina法)、分粒级浸出、快速中和法和常规法等工艺处理该矿石的可行性,为此类高硅锌精矿的开发利用提供依据。结果表明,适合采用常规法处理该类矿石,在矿浆沉降中采用上清液自稀释降低矿浆浓度的方式可加速矿浆沉降,改善矿浆澄清性能。该工艺在处理高硅锌精矿中既能够确保浸出率又能够实现浸出矿浆良好的沉降,同时具有易于操作控制的优势。

Abstract:In this paper, the distribution of main elements, particle size and phases of a certain high silicon zinc concentrate in Xinjiang were investigated. On this basis, the treatment processes such as Radina method, gradation leaching, rapid neutralization method and conventional method are discussed, which provides a basis for the development of high-silicon zinc concentrate. The results show that it is suitable to use the conventional method to treat this kind of ore. By using the method of self-dilution to reduce the pulp concentration in the pulp settlement to accelerate the pulp settlement and improve the clarification performance. It can ensure the leaching rate, realize the good settlement of the pulp, and has the advantage of easy operation and control.
