摘    要:以BaO-TiO2-SiO2-RmOn系统为研究对象。在SiO2质量百分含量分别为15%、12%、10%时,改变BaO/TiO2的比值,得到一组高折射率光学玻璃。测试玻璃的密度、折射率、阿贝数和紫外到红外波段的透过率等物化性质,研究密度和折射率与组成的关系及影响阿贝数、透过率大小的因素。结果表明,密度随BaO/TiO2比值的增加先增加后减小,折射率随BaO/TiO2比值的增加而减小,折射率和密度变化趋势不一致。TiO2含量是影响阿贝数和透过率大小的主要因素。

Abstract:The glass system of BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2-R_mO_n was prepared and investigated in detail.The results indicated a set of high refractive index glasses could be obtained by introduction of BaO and TiO_2,and the density,refractive index,Abbe number and transmission of the glass with various BaO/TiO_2 ratio based on the content of SiO_2 in 15%,12%,10%(in mass) were measured respectively.The relation amongst composition,densities,refractive index,Abbe number and transmission was studied.The results indicated that with increasing of the value of BaO/TiO_2,the density increased first,and then reduced,and the refractive index decreases as the value of BaO/TiO_2 increases.The tendency of refractive index is not consistent with density.The content of TiO_2 is the main factor which affected Abbe number and transmission.
