铬渣综合利用制水泥

摘    要:研究铬盐工业废渣掺入生料煅烧硅酸盐水泥,并适当代替混合材掺入水泥中,使铬渣中有毒Cr6+还原转变成无毒Cr3+,少量Cr6+被水泥水化固封在水泥石中,从而达到解毒目的。同时铬渣掺入生料起到矿化、助熔双重作用,使其产量提高10%左右,能耗下降12%左右,熟料易磨性好,使水泥生产成本大幅度下降,铬渣处理量大,使用安全。

Abstract:The utilization of waste slag from chromate production in cement industry is studied. The poisonous Cr6 in waste slag is reduced into non - poisonous Cr3 under the reducing atmosphere in kiln, in addition, a few Cr6 is sealed in cement rock during the hydration of cement. On the other hand , the output of cement increases (up to 10% ) and the energy con- sumption decreases (down to 12% ) due to the function of mineralizing and fluxing. Thus , the manufacture cost of ce- ment can decrease greatly and the large amount of waste slag can be safely treated.
