摘    要:从NK-HITEN610U2钢板材料的化学成分、焊缝金属扩散氢含量、结构拘束度三个方面分析评定了其焊接接头产生冷/热裂纹的倾向,并据此提出了相应的工艺措施。

Abstract:The tending of producing cold/hot crack was analyzed and evaluated from chemical elements, the number of diffuse hydrogen in welded metal, welded heat input, welded thickness, welded residual stresses, restraint, and so on. The appropriate technology measures were advanced.
