白酒气相色谱分析方法及误差分析

白酒气相色谱分析法主要有外标法、归一化法和内标法3种，数据处理主要使用色谱数据处理机或色谱工作站自动计算。主要酯类物质的测定宜用外标法；醇、醛、酯的测定宜用内标法；微量成分的定量分析宜用双内标法；单体香精香料的分析宜用归一化法。降低消除气相色谱误差的方法有：过滤净化载气、定期更换硅橡胶垫、调整氢气流速、准确进样、控制点火条件、准确校正因子、进样速度适宜、合理调节输出信号的衰减、定期老化色谱柱、定期清理色谱柱头、正确配制和使用标样及内标物。（孙悟）
