云南栽培玛咖芥子油苷提取工艺的优化

摘    要:研究了云南栽培玛咖中芥子油苷的提取工艺。采用甲醇为溶剂,在单因素试验的基础上设计正交试验,得到云南栽培玛咖中芥子油苷的最优提取条件,并对超声辅助提取工艺进行研究。结果显示:水浴浸提最优提取条件为,提取温度40℃,料液比1∶50(g∶mL),提取12 h,在此条件下芥子油苷提取率为1.45%。采用超声辅助提取法,在室温下提取20 min,提取率为1.66%。超声辅助提取是一种有效的玛咖芥子油苷提取工艺。

Abstract:Extraction of glucosinolate from maca(Lepidium meyenii walp.) cultivated in Yunnan was investigated.With methanol as extraction solvent,the extraction yield of glucosinolate was optimized with single factor test followed by orthogonal experiment.The optimal extraction conditions with water batch were: solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 50(g∶ mL),extraction temperature of 40℃ and extraction time of 12h.Under these conditions the glucosinolate extraction yield was 1.45%.The glucosinolate yield with ultrasound-assisted extraction at room temperature was 1.66% in 20min.Ultrasound-assisted extraction is an effective extraction process.
