摘    要:外源茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)是一类极其有效的诱导子,能够显著提升农产品品质,在农产品保鲜时间的延长,防腐特性的增强,香气品质的提升以及某些具药用价值的次生代谢产物含量的增加等方面的效用尤为明显。随着MeJA应用领域的扩大,其诱导农产品相关品质提高的机理研究也越来越深入,作为细胞内信号转导系统中的一种重要物质,MeJA对农产品相关基因表达,蛋白表达以及酶活性都具有一定的调节作用,进而对其生理生化过程产生影响,从而改善农产品相关品质。本文综述了目前国内外应用MeJA改善农产品品质的研究进展,并对相应的诱导机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:As a kind of effective elicitor, methyl jasmonate (MeJA) can significantly improve the quality of agricultural products, especially in the aspects of prolonging preservation time, enhancing rotten resistance, promoting aroma quality and increasing the content of some officinal secondary metabolites.As the expansion of MeJA application fields, research of the mechanism of quality improvement has also been studied deeply.Being a kind of important substance of intracellular signal transduction system, MeJA will have effects on the physiological and biochemical process of agricultural products through regulating some gene expression, protein expression and enzyme activity that finally resulting in the improvement of its quality.This paper reviewed research progress in the application of methyl jasmonate at home and abroad in improving the quality of agricultural products and the corresponding mechanisms.
