摘    要:从宏观角度论述了目前我国食品质量与安全现状,并结合现状提出加强食品科学领域的基础研究,增强消费者、食品从业与监管人员的质量与安全意识以及建立多元化的监管体系将是进一步提高我国食品质量与安全水平的重要举措。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the present situation of food quality and safety from a macro point of view,countermeasures of strengthening the scientific research,enhancing the food quality and safety consciousness of consumers,food practitioners and regulatory personnel as well as establishing diversified supervision system have been proposed to further improve the level of food quality and safety in China.
