延迟焦化装置的技术改造

介绍了安庆分公司延迟焦化装置为保证长周期运行，根据生产实际，优化生产方案，实行精细操作管理。对影响装置加工量、能耗的主要因素进行了分析，投用了一些节能降耗措施。装置技术经济指标和能耗水平有了一定的提高。同时针对装置存在的问题提出了一些建议和措施。

Technical Transformation of DC (Delayed Coking)

DC has become the important means of residuum transformation in oil-refining industry for its simple process, strong adaptability to material, and mature technique. DC of Anqing petrochemical company was introduced in this paper, in Anqing DC, according to production fact, The project and practice fine operation management were optimized to insure long period run, the primary factors which influenced capacity and energy consumption was analysed, some measures were adopted to reduce energy consumption.
