摘    要:结合某石油化工系统中新型组合分离器的优化设计,针对其分离元件的最优组合工况,基于CFD方法,对分离器内部的气、液两相流动进行了数值计算,分析了分离器内部气液分离的过程和分离效率,并与试验结果进行对比,表明该新型组合式分离器分离效率较高(〉99.7%),设计比较合理,能有效脱除天然气中的液相成分。

Abstract:Combined with the design of new horizontal combined separator in petrochemical, aiming at the optimum operating con- dition, based on CFD Technology, the numerical computation of gas - liquid two - phase flow was conducted. The computation con-tained the process of gas - liquid separation and its efficiency. Compared with experiment,the results showed that the design was rea- sonable and separation efficiency was higher than 99.7%. The liquid phase medium can be well separated from natural gas by the newly designed horizontal combined separator.
