我国电子垃圾资源化处理对策研究

摘    要:20世纪以来,随着电子信息等高科技产业的迅猛发展,电子技术不断升级,电子产品寿命周期越来越短,电子垃圾的产生量迅速增大:另一方面,国内电子废物的飞速增长和国外电子废物的大量涌入,成为我国环境安全的重大隐患.电子垃圾成份复杂且其污染物众多,对电子垃圾的不恰当处理势必造成了严重的环境污染.笔者主要介绍电子垃圾的基本概念、危害及我国电子垃圾处理现状,同时,在总结国外的电子垃圾管理与处理经验的基础上,提出了我国电子垃圾资源化处理的对策.

Abstract:With the fast- speed increasing development of electronic information industries in high science & technology field since 20th, the recycle time of electronic waste (e-waste)has become shorten and shorten and a great number of e-waste appeared. On the other hand, rapid increase of e-waste and rush in e -waste form abroad has become the menace to our environmental safety. Being complex constitutes and large of pollutant in e-waste, it would cause seri- ously containment if improperly disposal. This paper presents the basic concept of e-waste, hazardous waste treatment and the status quo of China's electronic, in summing up the foreign e-waste management and treatment on the basis of experience, put forward China's e-waste processing resources of the countermeasures.
