| Abstract: | The hydroelectricity has been developing on the rivers in Sichuan as its hydroelectric resource very plentiful in the world.The hydroelectricity base in Sichuan holds the balance for the resources allocation in the whole country. The fundamental way out for that lies in extra high voltage network to grasp the historical opportunity of the west development in China,speed up the construction of hydroelectricity base in Sichuan,implement "transporting the electricity from the West to the East" and actualize "both win by the east and the west". |
