粉煤灰表面改性技术的研究

摘    要:采用粉煤灰表面改性技术对粉煤灰进行各种表面改性,以提高其在煤矿井下开采废水处理中的絮凝效果和分散性。采用的改性剂为:表面活性改性剂、高分子单体改性剂和高分子聚合改性剂,改性工艺分干法和湿法。研究结果表明,改性后的粉煤灰,不论对煤矿井下开采废水的处理中,还是在水溶液中的分散性,均以溶液引发聚合改性效果最好;在对煤矿井下开采废水的处理过程中,以溶液聚合阳离子单体AM+DAC改性的处理效果最好,在水溶液中的分散效果,以溶液聚合阳离子单体DMC+引发剂改性的分散效果最好。

Abstract:The modification of fly ash can either be acid or alkali solutions,or surface modification.The former two have been studied widely.The surface modification of fly ash was studied in the present paper.Its dispersion in the wastewater of underground coal mining is good.The agents are surface active and macromolecule.Dry or wet process can be adopted for the modification.The results show that the modified fly ash by solution initiated polymerization is the best in treating the underground mining wastewater or dispersion in the aqueous solution.In the treatment process of the underground mining wastewater,the best modifying agent is the solution polymerization cationic monomer(AM + DAC).For dispersion in the aqueous solution,the best modifying agent is cationic monomer DMC + initiator solution polymerization.
