汽轮机润滑油温模糊控制系统的仿真设计

摘    要:对于汽轮发电机组,其润滑油温的控制大多是通过人工调节冷油器冷却水阀门开度来实现的。根据某电厂的冷油器原型,结合其工作原理,对其进行了MATLAB建模,并进行了仿真试验(测试其入口油温、冷却水流量及温度等因素对出口油温的影响情况)。在此基础上,设计了一种可对冷油器冷却水阀门开度进行自动控制的模糊控制器。相关试验结果表明该控制器能将冷油器出口油温保持在要求温度范围内,控制精度满足控制要求。
