| Abstract: | The characteristic and law of the flood of Jiangxi were introduced.The basic policy and thought of the flood control for the new period in Jiangxi province were proposed.Under the sustainable scientific development outlook,two changes of flood and drought control should be made and based on the risk management of flood,the comprehensive method of flood control should be adopted. |
