机械驱动钻机起升系统的偶合器传动

摘    要:针对机械驱动钻机液力变矩器传动消耗燃油多的问题,开展了液力偶合器传动的试验。实践证明,液力偶合器加正车箱传动有利于链条传动,可节约燃油,但起下钻时效低,井越深则时效越低。为此,总结了液力偶合器和液力变矩器的传动特性;分析计算了2种传动绞车起升系统的效率与功率利用率,起升速度、起升功率及全井起升时间;做了全钻机经济性分析。最终得出液力偶合器传动优于液力变矩器传动的结论,认为液力偶合器传动将成为机械驱动钻机的发展方向。

Abstract:In the light of the problem of excessive fuel consumption in hydraulic torque converter drive of mechanical drilling rigs, experiments on the hydraulic coupling transmission are conducted. The experiments demonstrate that the hydraulic coupling combined with forward drive is propitious to chain drive, and it can save fuel oil, but it is of low efficiency for trips. Is the reform economic and feasible? Therefore, the author summarizes the drive properties of the hydraulic coupling and the hydraulic torque converter, and analyzes the efficiency and power utilization rate of the hoisting systems of these two types of drive drawworks as well as the hoisting speed, hoisting power and hoisting time. By means of the economic analysis of the whole drilling rig, the author proclaims that the hydraulic coupling drive is excel to the hydraulic torque converter drive, and it is the direction of development of mechanical drilling rigs.
