| 摘 要： | 针对轿车车门与侧围装配间隙难以测量与评价的现状,借助计算机虚拟装配技术,将三坐标实测的车门、侧围的 数据进行曲面拟合,并以车门铰链销轴为中心进行装配,获得各个截面处的法向装配间隙,同时,以CAD模型法向装配 间隙为标准进行对比,获得了准确的客观评价。

| Abstract: | In view of the current difficulty for measuring and valuing the assemblage clearance between car door and car side, the real measurement data of car door and car side have been fitted with the aid of virtual computer assemblage technic. The axis of car door' s gemel is regarded as the assemblage center and the value of assemblage clearance of every section in the direction of normal has been obtained. Then the normal assemblage clearance will be compared with the real CAD assemblage clearance. At last,the objective evaluation has been obtained. |
