| 摘 要： | 研究了用新型自动水蒸汽蒸馏装置蒸馏测定烟草及其制品中的总生物碱 ,并和传统水蒸汽蒸馏作了对照 ,结果表明 :用新型自动水蒸汽蒸馏装置操作简便 ,准确度和精密度高 ,分析速度快 ,为准确快速地测定烟草及其制品中的总生物碱提供了保障。
